Keyboard shortcuts aren’t just for users of Assistive Technologies such as the screen reader JAWS. Most people could benefit by simply learning to use the keyboard a little more instead of relying solely on a mouse. Call me crazy but I swear my shoulder ache’s at the end of the day thanks to that mouse and I’ve learned over time that using the keyboard isn’t just easier on the shoulder…its faster. 
I’ve compiled a list of keyboard shortcuts that can apply to any Windows user for Outlook 2003 (most should still be the same for Outlook 2007). In addition to the Windows keyboard shortcuts I also have a corresponding list for JAWS users that at the very least should be a quick reference for either user.
