In other words, I think that today there is a "feature divide" meaning in today's world, convergence (voice and data) is king. The more features that come with a phone system end up making it even more difficult for people with disabilities to use. I have actually started some of the discussions last week and posted them online. Check out http://accessibletelephony.blogspot.com for examples.
